Education Matters is currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive nursery setting in Bethnal Green from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Early Years professional who is passionate about giving children the very best start in life. You'll be joining a nurturing environment where children's learning, development, and wellbeing are at the heart of everything they do.
The Role as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:
Support and deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress, supporting their individual learning and development.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
Promote children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through creative activities.
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and behaviour management. The Ideal Candidate To be considered, you will have:
A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience working within a UK nursery or Early Years setting.
A sound understanding of the EYFS Framework.
A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to supporting young children.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
