We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our supportive, enthusiastic teams in Woking.

About the Role
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:
Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children, adhering to room ratios and policies
Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, ensuring detailed, quality record keeping
Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are always maintained, completing risk assessments, hazard logs and documentation as required
Oversee the settling in of new children, liaising closely with caregivers and fellow staff members to ensure a smooth transition
Requirements
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification – this is essential
Good understanding of the EYFS framework
Previous nursery or childcare experience - essential
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Paediatric First Aid qualification

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
