To deliver high-quality teaching, training, coaching, and assessment for learners on a range of Early Years programmes, including adult learning and Skills Bootcamps. The postholder will support learners to achieve successful outcomes and progression through tailored, engaging, and compliant learning experiences. This includes responsibility for planning, delivery, assessment, and learner support aligned to sector, funding, and awarding organisation requirements.
