Earthworks Senior Site Manager / Project Manager

Site Manager Demolition, Earthworks or Groundworks experience required Up to £55k per annum, Bonus, Company Vehicle, Private Healthcare Midlands-based (Leicestershire, Warwickshire or Birmingham) A great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with demolition, earthworks or groundworks experience, required for an exciting role with room for growth and development in a professional and well-established industry-leading business. The purpose of this role: To manage the project to program, organise and manage the site team daily and ensure projects are completed in a safe and timely manner, within budget and in line with the goals set by the project team. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Site budget, requisitions * Responsible for man-management of site staff/labour/resource levels * Identify and report on changes to program * Responsible for on-site safety * Site Level Client Communications /Generating and issuing client progress reports * Sub-contractor pre-starts and progress meetings * Identify changes/amendments to scope * Site-based internal comms including ensuring everybody on-site is suitably trained * Compliance and implementation of temporary work designs * Liaison and management of stakeholder relationships PERSON SPECIFICATION * Previous site management / project management experience within the demolition, groundworks or earthworks industry * Driving Licence * IOSH Working Safely * Good knowledge of HSQE legislation including but not limited to: CDM2015 and HASAWA1978. * Previous experience working on complex projects. * Ability to understand and work to programs * Basic understanding of contractual obligations PACKAGE Up to £55k per annum Bonus Company Vehicle Private Healthcare Apply Now if you feel you match the required experience and want to discuss the role further
