Ecology Associate Director: Lead Biodiversity & Projects

AECOM is seeking an Associate Ecologist to lead ecological inputs across UK projects, including habitats, species surveys and impact assessments. The role covers planning, delivery, and technical leadership within our Nature business, with mentoring responsibilities and collaboration with planning authorities and clients.

You will contribute to biodiversity net gain, engage with stakeholders, and support bid creation while advancing our technical capabilities in ecological services across the UK.
