Edinburgh Associate QS | Lead & Grow a Team | Hybrid

TED Recruitment in Edinburgh is representing a well-established PQS firm seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager. You will lead a small team, manage client relationships, and contribute to bid and fee proposals in a busy, growing office.

Candidates must be MRICS with broad project experience across private and public sectors, and a track record in business development. Hybrid working one day per week, salary negotiable around £65,000–£75,000, plus pension and discretionary bonus.
