Education Building Surveyor — Lead Capital Works & Client Delivery

Arcadis is seeking a Building Surveyor to join our Education Building Surveying team in the UK. The role focuses on leading capital works delivery, condition surveys and related technical consultancy for universities, schools and trusts.

You will manage multiple instructions, work with project managers, and ensure timely delivery within cost forecasts. The successful candidate will have a Building Surveying degree and ideally MRICS, with broad technical ability and strong client-facing skills.
