Education Recruitment Compliance Officer
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Education Recruitment Compliance Officer to join our team and ensure that all candidates placed into education settings meet the required safeguarding, vetting, and compliance standards.
You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of compliance across our recruitment process, ensuring candidates are fully vetted and cleared before being placed into schools and other education settings.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in education recruitment, compliance, safeguarding, HR, or candidate vetting who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
This is a Full time postion 8.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end compliance process for education candidates.
- Complete and verify DBS checks, including relevant update and renewal processes.
- Conduct and verify right-to-work checks in line with current legislation.
- Obtain, check and validate employment and professional references.
