Education Recruitment Consultant – Birmingham £28,000–£35,000 base salary depending on experience + OTE About the Role A leading education recruitment business is looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join its Birmingham team. You'll build strong relationships with schools and education professionals, matching talented candidates with opportunities across the sector. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role involving: * Developing new business and growing existing relationships * Managing and building a portfolio of schools * Identifying recruitment opportunities and providing tailored solutions * Building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates About You We're looking for someone who: * Minimum of 12 months working within a 360-degree Education Recruitment role * Enjoys building relationships and meeting new people * Is confident, driven and commercially minded * Enjoys working towards targets and achieving results * Has excellent communication and organisational skills * Is resilient, proactive and eager to develop * Has recruitment, sales or customer-facing experience (graduates with relevant experience are also welcome) * Holds a full UK driving licence and is happy to travel to schools Benefits * 28 days' holiday + bank holidays, increasing with service * Pension contributions * Flexible benefits including healthcare, gym, bikes and electric cars * Ongoing training and career development * Plus additional significant benefits Location: Birmingham
