EL/PL Casualty Fraud Solicitor - Fast-Track Claims Expert

Bydand Recruitment Services Limited is currently seeking an experienced EL/PL Fraud Solicitor to manage a caseload of suspected fraudulent Employer Liability and Public Liability claims for leading insurance clients.

The role is based across multiple locations in the UK, with a salary of up to £65,000 and exposure to fast-track, multi-track, and intermediate matters up to £100K. You will assess liability, handle evidence reviews, and liaise with Counsel and experts while ensuring SLAs are met.
