Electrical Assembler

MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Hartlepool area MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long term position in production and assembly. The Job You'll Do: Assemble electronic circuit boards and perform soldering tasks in line with production drawings Inspect and test PCB assemblies and final products to ensure they meet quality standards Carry out final system assembly, including populating PCBs, general hand assembly and packaging in a clean environment Accurately pack finished units, prepare for dispatch, and support stock management Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with ISO9001, IPC610, and J-STD standards About You: Ideally, possess experience in an electrical assembly facility or manufacturing environment. Willingness to learn new skills required. Strong team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent attention to detail, good eyesight, and dexterity for accurate performance of repetitive tasks. Reliable and flexible approach to work, with a keen willingness to learn and develop new skills. Benefits and Rewards.
