Electrical Associate Design Engineer

You will be joining a long-established Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Consultancy that delivers high-quality technical design and advisory services across a wide range of sectors. Their portfolio includes commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, leisure, hotel and residential projects, spanning both new-build and refurbishment schemes.The consultancy is recognised for its collaborative, hands-on engineering culture and commitment to delivering innovative, efficient, and tailored building services solutions across the UK. With a strong and growing project pipeline, they are now looking to appoint an Associate-level Electrical Engineer to play a key leadership role within the business. As an Associate Electrical Engineer, you will take strategic and technical ownership of electrical design delivery across multiple projects, while supporting the wider growth and development of the business. You will act as a senior leader within the engineering team, responsible for project oversight, client relationships, and mentoring engineers at all levels.Leading electrical building services design across multiple projects from concept to completion Overseeing and reviewing designs, calculations, specifications, and reports to ensure quality and compliance Managing project delivery, including programme, resources, and financial performance Coordinating with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery Ensuring all work complies with UK Building Regulations, BS 7671, and industry best practice You will work across a diverse range of sectors including commercial offices, industrial, education, healthcare, residential, hotels and leisure, as well as MOD and secure infrastructure projects.
