Electrical Contracts Manager

Emtec Building Services North is strengthening its delivery leadership team as we mobilise new projects and build on a strong, secured pipeline of work across the region. As part of this continued growth, were looking for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join us in Leeds.

This is a key leadership role where youll take full ownership of electrical projects from pre-construction through to handover. You'll be leading site teams, developing strong client relationships, and playing an active role in shaping our expanding presence in the North.

Emtec Building Services is a leading M&E contractor delivering end-to-end mechanical and electrical solutions across commercial, industrial, and public sector projects, from early design and pre-construction through to installation, commissioning, and ongoing support.

The Role

As Electrical Contracts Manager, youll take responsibility for the safe, efficient, and successful delivery of multiple electrical contracts across Leeds and the surrounding region.

Youll provide leadership and support to project teams, ensuring contracts are delivered safely, commercially and to a high standard. Youll also build strong client relationships, manage contract performance and identify opportunities for repeat and additional business.
