Responsibilities and duties of the Lead EC&I Strategy Engineer role Reporting to the Maintenance Team Leader you will: Develop and implement governance, risk, and compliance strategies to ensure the safe and reliable operation of EC&I plant systems. Support the development and delivery of engineering business plans, managing operational and capital expenditure within your area of responsibility. Lead projects and planned outages from concept through to completion, ensuring delivery against safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets. Develop contract strategies, manage supplier performance, and support technical and commercial negotiations. Create and optimise maintenance strategies to improve EC&I asset reliability, compliance, and performance.
