Electrical Department Head

TV Rheinland is a leading provider of technical services worldwide. We provide a broad range of testing, inspection and certification services to ensure the safety, reliability and regulatory compliance of engineering assets throughout their lifecycle. We are currently recruiting for a EC&I Department Head on behalf of our sister company TUV Rheinland Industrial Services (TRIS). The suitable person must be a graduate Electrical, Control & Instrumentation Engineer, chartered with a minimum of 10 years experience. Act as EC&I design authority and ensure compliance with relevant standards. Produce and review SLDs, schematics, cable schedules, and layout drawings. Perform electrical design calculations (earthing, cable sizing, short circuit, load flow, battery sizing, lighting, voltage drop, etc.). Support procurement, technical reviews, and 3D model development. Participate in safety, risk, and constructability reviews. Manage project priorities, scope changes, and quality requirements. 10+ years' EC&I experience in Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, or Heavy Engineering. Experience with HV/LV distribution, MCCs, switchgear, relay coordination, and power system studies. Proficient in AutoCAD, AVEVA E3D, DIALux/CG Lux, and MS Office. Permanent full-time role.
