Electrical Engineer Salary: £50,000 per annum equivalent (paid weekly) 288 hours annual leave (calculated based on shift pattern) Annual tool allowance Panama Shifts (2 Weeks Days 2 Weeks Nights 2 - 2 - 3) The Role We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our Engineering team, reporting directly to the Engineering Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the site's production facilities, machinery, and infrastructure operate at maximum efficiency and reliability. You'll play a key role in delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a wide range of electrical and mechanical equipment. Working as part of the engineering shift team, you'll respond to breakdowns, carry out fault finding and repairs, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help minimise downtime to keep production running efficiently.
