Leeds , carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of electrical building services. The Role
You'll be responsible for maintaining the electrical infrastructure of a prestigious commercial site, ensuring all systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational. Working as part of an established engineering team, you'll deliver high-quality maintenance while providing excellent customer service. What's on Offer
£35,000 per annum Monday to Friday, 8:00am

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Responding to reactive electrical maintenance tasks Fault finding and repairs on electrical systems Maintenance of lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and associated building services Completing maintenance records using a CAFM system Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and statutory regulations Supporting general building services maintenance when required About You
