We're Hiring: Electrical Engineer 🚨 🔌⚡ 📍 Surrey 💷 £42,000 + Benefits 🕒 Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 17:00 We're looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider supporting a critical healthcare contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a highly regulated environment, maintaining critical electrical infrastructure that supports the safe and efficient operation of essential services. Working closely with the Estates team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring all electrical systems are maintained to the highest standards, minimising downtime and supporting a safe, compliant environment. ⚡ What you'll be doing: 🔧 Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems across the site ⚙️ Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs safely and efficiently 🛠️ Ensuring electrical installations comply with current regulations and industry standards 📋 Supporting statutory inspections, testing and certification requirements 🚨 Responding to emergency breakdowns and prioritising critical systems 💻 Maintaining accurate maintenance records using the CAFM system 🤝 Liaising with contractors and internal teams to support the delivery of engineering works 🦺 Following all Health & Safety procedures while working within a live critical environment 👷‍♂️ What we're looking for: 🔹 NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation or Electrical Engineering 🔹 AM2 Qualification 🔹 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations 🔹 Experience in Facilities Management, Building Services, Healthcare or a similar maintenance environment 🔹 Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills 🔹 Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively 🔹 Good understanding of statutory compliance and safe working practices 🔹 Strong communication and customer service skills ⭐ Desirable: ✅ Previous experience working within a healthcare or critical environment ✅ Experience working on critical building services infrastructure ✅ Experience using CAFM or maintenance management systems 💼 What's on offer: 💷 Salary of £42,000 🕒 Monday to Friday working hours – enjoy a great work-life balance 🏥 Opportunity to work on a prestigious critical healthcare contract 📈 Long-term career stability within a professional Estates team 🎓 Ongoing training and development opportunities 🔒 Permanent position with excellent career prospects ⚡ If you're an experienced Electrical Engineer looking for a rewarding role within a critical environment, we'd love to hear from you
