Location: HARIBO Castleford

Working hours: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday: 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00)

We are on the hunt for an Electrical Engineering Supervisor to come and join our alts blue Engineering team based out of our Castleford site.

Within this role you will report into our Head of Engineering and work as part of our fantastic wider Engineering team. To enable HARIBO sugary success, within this role you will be responsible for managing the department to ensure colleagues are motivated to deliver in their role leading to safe, efficiency and high standards of Engineering support. 

You will also be responsible for all electrical decisions whilst on shift to ensure the delivery of the engineering schedule. You will also be responsible for maintaining the health and safety, quality and food safety standards within an environment of continuous improvement and engagement for colleagues.

To thrive within this role, it is important that key relationships are developed with a variety of departments including Production, Packing, HSE, Technical Services and the People Team.
