Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Pharmaceutical Environment - FM Service Provider - Cambridge - Up to £45,000 An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Cambridge has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a Pharmaceutical Environment locatedright by Cambridge . He or she will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance to both electrical and mechanical systems on site. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical, Mechanical & general building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression. Hours of work Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 17:00 pm Key Duties & Responsibilities Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) Emergency lighting tests Control Panels Changing Ballast BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold) Maintain and update Log books Plumbing - Unblocking toilets Pumps, motors Package Up to £45,000 25 days holiday + Bank holidays Further training Company pension Requirements Electrically or Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Required) 18th Edition (Desirable) Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Client Facing If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your CV to Charlie Longof CBW Staffing Solutions for more information.
