Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager you’ll play a key role in keeping manufacturing equipment running smoothly, safely and efficiently. The Role: * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across all site equipment * Responding to breakdowns with a proactive, root‑cause mindset * Completing repairs on plant machinery and electrical systems * Supporting Lean initiatives and improvement projects * Helping to drive a culture of continuous improvement across the site * Maintaining a strong, positive approach to Health & Safety at all times Ideal Candidate: * Background in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Maintenance * Understanding of hydraulics, overhead cranes and pneumatics * FLT or Overhead Crane licence (bonus) * Knowledge of Siemens or Fanuc controls (advantage) Th Package: * £38 - £39,000 DOE + overtime opportunities * Day shifts * excellent holiday + 8 bank holidays * Contributory pension scheme * Ongoing training and development for every employee * Free onsite parking * Join a supportive team within a stable, growing business
