Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Pharmaceutical - Didcot - Up to £48,200
An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Didcot has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to be based in a pharmaceutical environment located in Didcot, Oxford. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on-site.

Hours of work Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm Key Duties & Responsibilities Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) Emergency lighting tests Control Panels Changing Ballast BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold) Maintain and update Log books Plumbing - Unblocking toilets Pumps, motors Package Salary of £48,200 Pension Scheme 24 days annual leave (+ public holidays) Life Cover equivalent to 1timesannual salary Gym membership discounts Cycle to work scheme Broad range of learning opportunities, such as professional qualifications, collective/individual training, and personalized support programmes Requirements Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Required) 18th Edition (Required) AM2 (Highly Desirable) 2391 Testing & Inspection (Highly Desirable) Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Client Facing If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your CV to Archie Reed of CBW Staffing Solutions for more information.
