MondayFriday, 8:00am5:00pm An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM Engineering Maintenance provider, supporting a prestigious large corporate & commercial site based in Milton Keynes.

This is primarily a site-based role, with four days per week spent as the resident engineer on site and one day per week providing mobile engineering support to a small portfolio of nearby sites.
The Role Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical building services.
Fault finding and repairing electrical systems and associated plant.
Acting as the sole resident engineer on site, managing day-to-day maintenance activities.
Providing mobile maintenance support to other local client sites one day per week.
Liaising with the client and ensuring the site is maintained to a high standard.
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with statutory compliance.
Requirements Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent).
18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
Experience within commercial building maintenance or facilities management.
Able to work independently and manage a single-man site.
Full UK Driving Licence.
