Electrical Maintenance Engineer King's Cross £50,000 - £55,000 Exciting role for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on a brilliant site in King's Cross! Providing HV and LV training and the opportunity to progress further internally. Great role to join a well respected commercial building service provider. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will oversee the PPM and reactive maintenance of M&E systems on site, troubleshoot / fault find, diagnose faults, oversee site logbooks, contractors and deal with client requests. Requirements for this role include level 3 minimum in electrical installations / engineering and at least 3 years experience within commercial building services. Electrical Maintenance Engineer Duties: Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance Working on single & three-phase power systems Motors and generators (including on/off load testing) UPS systems Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing HVAC systems Pumps, belts, bearings, mechanical seals BMS operation Maintaining logbooks and site documentation Electrical Maintenance Engineer Requirements: City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical Installations Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance Career-driven and motivated individual Professional, polite, and personable approach Salary and Package: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum  High voltage and Low voltage AP training provided Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm  25 days annual leave + Bank holidays  Plenty of overtime  Internal progression  Additional training  If you're interested in this Electrical Maintenance Engineer role, apply today!
