Electrical Maintenance Engineer - £50,000 | Monday to Friday, 8:0017:00 Were looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a respected facilities management business on a prestigious London portfolio in the City of London. This is working in a professional, client-facing environment. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, youll be: Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance across electrical systems Working on LV systems, lighting, UPS, generators, AHUs, FCUs, and general building services Managing subcontractors and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards Using the BMS and CAFM systems to monitor performance and close out tickets Maintaining plant rooms to a high standard and ensuring compliance at all times As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, youll need: To be fully qualified (Level 3 City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent) Minimum 5 years experience within building services or facilities maintenance Good understanding of health & safety and permit-to-work systems Client-facing with a professional, proactive approach This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a stable FM company with a strong reputation within the industry.
