Electrical Maintenance Engineer

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer your role will involve: * Carry out planned and emergency maintenance, focusing on electrical and automation systems * Diagnose faults using PLC/HMI systems, alarms, instruments and electrical test equipment * Repair electrical and control equipment including motors, sensors, safety circuits, drives, encoders and servo systems * Support control-system upgrades and keep all related documentation up to date * Carry out planned maintenance, inspections, testing, adjustments, calibration checks and safety checks * Complete routine checks and basic maintenance on site services including boilers, compressors, chillers, fire and sprinkler systems and water hygiene * Investigate recurring faults, identify their causes, and work with Production and Engineering to prevent them from happening again. * Keep accurate maintenance records in the site's maintenance management system * Support the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of new or modified equipment * Take part in training to develop skills across different equipment and maintenance areas Suitable Candidates: * Apprentice Trained Maintenance Engineer. Qualified to NVQ Level 3 * Minimum 3 years maintenance engineering experience * Strong team player * Manufacturing experience ideally from packaging/food/FMCG * Willingness to drive continuous improvements * Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations * Flexible, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment If you are interested in the above role, APPLY NOW via the job board.
