Electrical Maintenance Engineer

What’s on offer. * Attractive salary package £51k basic + lots of overtime * Working Days with an early finish on Fridays!! * Life Insurance * Working for a company that has seen significant growth. * Company pension and healthcare scheme The Job * Cover production needs regarding engineering issues and breakdowns. * Conduct routine test and inspection of electrical systems and portable appliances. * Undertake maintenance activities in compliance with ISO and customer specifications. * Reduce maintenance costs where possible and us PPM to reduce unplanned maintenance. * Work as part of the group maintenance team covering four sites. * Assist Engineering Manager with ongoing and new projects. * Ability to participate in mechanical maintenance work as and when necessary. * Work as part of a team and optimise company performance and reduce downtime where possible. About You * An experienced electrical maintenance engineer with a mechanical aptitude * Experience of panel building and installation work * Confident and the ability to be part of an out of hours rota for on call maintenance. * PLC literate, with the competency to complete PPM schedules * Experience of fix wire testing and instrumentation * Prepared to be part of the on-call team 1 week in every seven weeks.
