Multi-Skilled M&E Engineer £45,000–£50,000 + Overtime | Temp-to-Perm | Monday–Friday An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced maintenance Electrician to join a prestigious commercial site on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a predominantly hands-on role, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the building's M&E services. You'll also oversee contractor access and work alongside two on-site Facilities Managers to ensure the smooth running of the estate. The Role: * Planned and reactive M&E maintenance * Hands-on fault finding and repairs * Managing contractor access and permits * Monday to Friday, flexible 8-hour day between 7:00am and 5:00pm * Overtime available, with opportunities expected to increase as the site reaches full occupancy Requirements: * Qualified Electrical Engineer (essential) * Strong multi-skilled M&E maintenance background * Experience within commercial building maintenance * Excellent fault-finding and communication skills Package: * £45,000–£50,000 salary (depending on experience) * Overtime available * Temp-to-perm opportunity Benefits: * Company pension * Employee discount * On-site parking * Sick pay
