An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join one of London's leading property management companies, overseeing the engineering maintenance across a prestigious portfolio of premium commercial office buildings in Canary Wharf.

The Role
Reporting into the Contract Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day engineering operation, ensuring both planned and reactive maintenance is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest possible standard.
This is a varied role combining leadership, client management and hands-on technical support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in all aspects of building services maintenance.
Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and develop a team of four engineers.
* Manage the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive works.
* Ensure all statutory compliance and health & safety requirements are met.
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
* Coordinate specialist subcontractors and monitor work quality.
* Manage permits to work, RAMS and engineering compliance.
* Support engineers with fault finding and technical guidance.
* Maintain accurate CAFM records and compliance documentation.
* Drive service delivery and continuously improve engineering performance.
What We're Looking For
* NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
* Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within commercial building maintenance.
* Strong background in electrical building services maintenance.
* Experience delivering both planned and reactive maintenance.
* Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
* Good working knowledge of CAFM systems, compliance and health & safety.
* A positive, proactive approach with strong leadership qualities
