Due to continued growth and an increasing pipeline of projects, they are looking for an experienced Electrical Manager (Solar PV) to lead their department and take responsibility for engineers, projects, resources and overall operational performance. Responsibilities

• Managing the Renewables department, including overseeing engineers, installers and subcontractors


• Managing the delivery of multiple Solar projects from planning through to completion and handover


• Planning engineer schedules, resources, materials and project requirements to ensure efficient delivery


• Providing technical and operational leadership whilst managing project performance, quality and customer expectations

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Electrical Manager or Similar


• Strong technical understanding of Solar PV systems and the full installation process


• Proven experience managing engineers, subcontractors and multiple projects


• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage a growing department
