Electrical Qualifying Supervisor – Overview You’ll play a key leadership role within the business, taking responsibility for quality standards, accreditations, surveying and designing of jobs. Your work in this role will allow the director to focus on growing and expanding the business, and you will grow with it. This role be split between the office and on the road. As Electrical QS, you’ll take the lead on the technical side of the business, being responsible for ensuring technical standards are upheld, on both the electrical and the roofing elements of installs. You will carry out spot inspections, audits and help to onboard and train new and existing installers. You will also attend customer sites to carry out surveys and design of Solar PV and Battery Storage systems which they can train you up on. They work across city rooftops to remote islands - in fact they recently completed installs on Isle of Arran and the Isle of Skye, so you can expect breathtaking scenery on some days!
