Electrical SERVICE SALES Support – Electrical/Electronics Industry Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30 to 17:00 and 8:30 to 14:00 on Friday After training the job will be a hybrid of homeworking and Wrexham Office Location: Wrexham Industrial Estate To be responsible for ensuring that all internal and external customer inbound calls and emails are responded to in a timely manner and in line with departmental procedures whilst maximising all new enquiries and leads from enquiry through to the accurate processing of sales orders. Key Responsibilities: • To answer all incoming calls in a timely manner • To ensure that all enquiries and leads are responded to within timescales set out in company procedures • To proactively chase and close live enquiries • To chase existing enquiries with the aim to win or requote • To acknowledge new sales leads within set timescales and to regularly monitor the Sales Inbox • To accurately create and process quotations • Proactively raising any potential issues to the Head of Sales • Accurate use of the CRM system including logging all activities and to ensure that live quotes are converted to sales orders • To maintain business acceptable margins • To ensure all sales orders are processed adhering to the Sales Order Acceptance Procedure. • All anomalies to be followed, chased and resolved within timescales set workin...
