Electrical Supervisor Location: Bristol - South of England & Wales Salary: £45,000-£55,000 depending on experience, plus weekend overtime Benefits - Pension, Company van, mobile, credit card, training and varied work Our client is a growing mechanical and electrical contractor delivering electrical  installation, maintenance and project delivery services across the UK, working across a range of commercial and industrial sectors This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys remaining hands-on while taking on greater responsibility by leading electrical works on larger projects The Role You would be carrying out electrical installations, maintenance and testing on small works projects while independently managing your own workload. On larger commercial and industrial projects, you’ll act as the Electrical Supervisor, coordinating site activities, supervising electrical operatives and subcontractors, and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. The role involves travel throughout the UK, predominantly across the South of England and Wales, with overnight stays depending on project requirements. Hours 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (early finish on Friday) Start and finish times may vary depending on project requirements. Flexibility is required due to travel and overnight stays. Essential Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent). 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. ECS/JIB Gold Card. Full UK Driving Licence. Experience working within commercial and industrial environments. Desirable Inspection and Testing Qualification (2391 or equivalent). Previous supervisory or team leader experience.
