We’re recruiting an experienced Electrically Biased Project Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient delivery of school refurbishment projects.
You’ll take responsibility for day-to-day site operations across works including full electrical rewires, fire alarm replacements, suspended ceilings and associated refurbishment works.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing and supervising up to 10 electrical contractors on site
* Managing day-to-day site operations, inductions and RAMS compliance
* Coordinating electrical trades and other site operatives
* Monitoring progress, quality and programme
* Maintaining site H&S, welfare and housekeeping standards
* Completing daily site updates, reports and drawing mark-ups
* Delivering toolbox talks and promoting a strong safety culture
* Liaising with clients and project teams
* Managing QA, testing, commissioning and sign-off
* Coordinating materials, deliveries and plant
* Proactively resolving issues to minimise disruption within live school environments
What We're Looking For
* City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
* 18th Edition BS 7671
* SMSTS or SSSTS
* Enhanced DBS or ability to obtain
* Experience supervising electrical/refurbishment projects
* Strong understanding of site H&S and RAMS
* Confident managing and coordinating electrical trades
