adi Electrical Compliance - Roaming Tester Location - We are seeking candidates based in the Northwest to join our Electrical Compliance team. About the Role We are looking for a qualified 2391 Inspection & Testing Engineer to join our growing Electrical Compliance 360 team. In this role, you will carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) in accordance with BS7671, inspecting and testing low-voltage electrical installations across a range of industrial and manufacturing sites throughout the Northwest. This is a field-based role including occasional overnight stays, where hotel accommodation will be provided. Your key responsibilities will include: Completing electrical installation condition reports (EICR), in accordance with the IET wiring regulations BS7671, to systems up to 1000V, including newly installed and modified electrical systems. Conduct visual inspections and testing to accurately code defects, with clear justification. Produce detailed and accurate EICR’s using provided test equipment and electronic reporting software. Conducting emergency light testing to BS5266-1 Performing and adhering to safe electrical isolation procedures. Ensuring that all operational procedures, safe working practices, and H&S procedures are followed.
