As Branch Manager, you will be the Profit Centre Manager or PCM and have full autonomy over sales, purchasing, staffing and logistics. You will want to build first class relationships with customers, suppliers and staff and use those relationships to develop profitable sales in an efficient and well organised business to allow you to generate Profit Sharing for you and your team. Customer service excellence will be at the forefront of everything that you do. As the MD in your business model, you will have full autonomy to do whatever is needed to satisfy your customers requirements.
