Electrician – Renewable Energy Location: Devon Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum, depending on experience Job Type: Permanent The Opportunity An established and growing renewable energy business is looking for an experienced Electrician to join its installations team This is a field-based position working across a variety of renewable energy projects, Travel time is paid, with occasional overnight stays required depending on project location. Key Responsibilities * Complete wiring * Carry out fault finding and diagnostics. * Work alongside plumbing and heating engineers on joint installations. * Ensure all work is tested, certified and completed to the required standards. * Maintain professional communication with customers and the wider office team. Requirements * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation. * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. * Previous domestic electrical installation experience. * Good understanding of electrical testing and certification. * Full clean UK driving licence. Desirable Experience * Solar PV installation. * Battery storage systems. * EV charger installation. * Heat pump or heating controls wiring. * ECS Gold Card.
