Electrician

Experienced and professional Electrical Tester required to work with a leading and highly reputable nationwide maintenance contractor. My client is one of the fastest growing and highly reputable nationwide maintenance contractors and is looking for an experienced and professional Electrical Tester to carry out electrical testing and minor remedial works on domestic properties across the Bury St Edmund area.
Location: Bury St Edmunds Pay: £70 per test (Paid via CIS) Hours: Complete 45 properties per day Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing Electrical Tester

• Carry out EICRs within occupied social housing properties
• Replace smoke alarms where required
• Complete minor electrical repairs including changing plug sockets
• Accurately complete all testing certificates and documentation
• Work efficiently to complete 45 properties per day
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with current electrical regulations and Health & Safety requirements
• Larger remedial works will be completed by a separate team
