The job

You'll be delivering installation, maintenance and repair work across tenanted, commercial and void properties, travelling throughout the borough. Fuses, lighting and wiring, inspecting and testing, fault diagnosis, preventative maintenance, and calibration work, plus general repairs and refurbishment alongside other trades. Emergency lighting systems are a significant part of the work.



First-time fix is the aim on every job. You'll document your repairs and service information, keep on top of your supplies and parts, and deal directly with clients, suppliers, other trades and the wider repairs and maintenance team.
