Electrician

Pay: £45,000.00 per year Job description: Location: North & East London Salary: £45,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent Benefits: Company Van & Fuel Card we are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a growing team covering North and East London. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary, a company van, and a fuel card. The Role You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of electrical works across domestic and communal properties, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard. Duties Include: * Electrical testing and inspection. * Carrying out remedial works following EICRs. * PAT testing. * Electrical maintenance and repairs. * Working within communal areas of residential buildings. * Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults. * Completing all certification and job paperwork accurately. * Ensuring compliance with current electrical regulations and health & safety requirements. Requirements * JIB Gold Card (essential). * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. * Testing & Inspection qualification (2391, 2394/2395 or equivalent preferred). * Experience carrying out remedial works and electrical testing. * Experience working in communal and residential environments. * Full UK Driving Licence. * Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
