Electrician

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out responsive maintenance and repair work within domestic properties. As an Electrician, you will be: Electrical test and inspection Reactive repairs and fault finding Full domestic electrical rewiring Electrical installation to kitchens and bathrooms Electrical installation of domestic heating system I’d love to speak to Electrician who has: A minimum of 2 years’ experience within social housing or a building maintenance environment City & Guilds 18th Edition Electrical Regulations City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection (or equivalent) NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation A full, valid UK driving licence Willingness to undergo a DBS check prior to starting This Electrician role is offering the following benefits: Company and van fuel card provided  34 days annual leave rising to 36 days (including bank holiday) Company sick pay after 12 months length of service Life insurance Company pension scheme Uniform and safety equipment providedSalary: £43,000 + sign on bonus per year.
