Advanced Electrician – Social Housing West London (Kensington, Chelsea & Surrounding Areas) Salary: Up to £47,546 per annum Permanent Full-Time Monday–Friday Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Advanced Electrician to join a leading social housing contractor delivering responsive repairs and maintenance services across West London. The Role Carrying out responsive electrical repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties Fixed wire testing, inspection, and fault finding Electrical installations, upgrades, and remedial works Completing certification and compliance documentation Diagnosing faults and delivering first-time fixes where possible Working to agreed service levels and performance targets Providing excellent customer service to tenants and residents Participating in an out-of-hours call-out rotaRequirements Fully qualified Electrician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification 18th Edition Wiring Regulations 2391 Inspection & Testing or equivalent Experience carrying out fixed wire testing and electrical maintenance Experience working within social housing, domestic, or property maintenance environments Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong understanding of health and safety procedures Full UK Driving LicenceWhat’s On Offer Salary up to £47,546 Permanent position Company van and fuel card Call-out rota with additional earnings Long-term career opportunities Ongoing training and development Pension scheme Uniform and PPE provided Stable workload with a leading social housing contractorIf you are interested in this position, please apply with your updated CV or contact Ben at Build Recruitment for more information.  (url removed)
