3 months initially with the potential to be extended We are looking for an experienced
Electrician
to join a busy maintenance team carrying out work across occupied and void social housing properties. Duties include: Electrical remedial works Testing and inspection Rewiring of void properties Working across domestic housing stock Participation in a 1-in-4 out-of-hours call-out rota Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 8:30am
4:30pm (30-minute break) Friday: 8:30am
4:00pm (30-minute break)
Essential Requirements City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 (or equivalent) City & Guilds 2382
18th Edition City & Guilds 2391 Test & Inspection (or equivalent) Proven testing and inspection experience Full UK driving licence Having your own vehicle is beneficial, with mileage paid at
45p per mile , although a company vehicle may be available. Your own standard power tools would also be advantageous. Applicants must be willing to undertake
CAT B Asbestos Awareness
training if not already certified. Face-to-face interviews will take place in the Kettering/Corby area.
