Electrician

The Role

We have an exciting new opportunity for a permanent Electrician to join us on our responsive repairs and maintenance team at the Orbit Housing branch.

This will be covering a patch of social housing properties across Stratford upon Avon and surrounding areas, therefore travel will be part of this role and a full UK driving licence is essential and the core working hours are Monday to Friday Start at 8.00am-4:30pm

We provide a competitive salary + Company Van, Fuel card and Power Tools.+ Generous paying ON CALL Rota (Approx. 1 week in every 5-6 weeks)

The Customer

Fortem's contract with Orbit Housing covers over 17,000 properties across Stratford-upon-Avon, Leamington Spa, Coventry, Nuneaton, Northampton, Milton Keynes and Bedford. Duties and Responsibilities

The Electrician's duties and responsibilities will include the following:

* Taking ownership of work, aiming for 'First time Fix' on all jobs whilst remaining within budget and time parameters.

* Carry out all aspects of maintenance and repairs on all electrical engineering services as required, ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of Supervision.
