This position is a permanent opportunity As an Electrician you will be expected to: Carry out electrical installations, repairs, maintenance, Inspection and testing in accordance with the current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, ensuring all work is

To be successful in an Electrician- (Tester) role, the skills you will need

: Formal technical qualification in Electrical Installation City & Guilds 2391 or 2394+95 testing and inspection with at least 2 Years experience of testing. Qualified to City & Guilds 236 Part 1 & 2 (or equivalent) NVQ 3 for electrical installation City & Guilds 2381/2382 18th edition wiring regulations Knowledge of relevant legislation and/or Codes of Practice i.e., Construction, Building Regulations and Health & Safety. The ability to deliver work plans to timetable, often under pressure. Sound Practical knowledge of electrical, construction and maintenance functions. Able to form and maintain good working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally Ability to carry out electrical tests and fill in digital certification correctly and to high standard. Experience of working in a building environment and completing electrical repair work in occupied homes. Ability to correctly isolate and prove isolation before working on electrical circuits. Installation experience with all types of cable and cable management. Full UK Driving License Have an extensive tool selection to carry out electrical work, e.g. Cordless power tools, VDE Hand tools To demonstrate The Sovini Groups values in your day-to-day job role
