Site-based, covering areas within up to 90 minutes of Warminster Hours:
Monday-Friday, 39 hours per week, plus an out-of-hours on-call rota Temp to Permanent position Rate - £20-£23 Our client is looking for an experienced
Electrician
to join our Repairs and Voids division, delivering high-quality electrical repairs, maintenance and replacement services across Social Housing properties. About the role As an
Electrician , you'll be responsible for carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance, testing and replacement works within occupied Social Housing properties. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out
fault finding and responsive electrical repairs
within tenanted Social Housing properties. Completing a wide range of electrical works, including: MCB and circuit breaker replacements Rewires Emergency and external lighting Switches and minor installations Shower repairs and replacements Smoke alarms Extractor fans Inspection, testing and re-certification Completion of relevant electrical certification Working from daily job tickets or a handheld device. Providing an
outstanding customer service , recognising that you are working in customers' homes. Maintaining professional standards and treating customers and their properties with respect. Following high standards of
health and safety
at all times. Working efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. About you We're looking for an experienced and qualified Electrician who takes pride in their work and is confident working within a Social Housing environment. You will ideally have: 18th Edition
qualification. AM2
or equivalent. NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
or equivalent. 2391-52
or equivalent inspection and testing qualification. BS 7671:2018
knowledge. Experience working within a
Social Housing, repairs or refurbishment environment . A full
UK driving licence . INDC
