Electro-Mechanical Coil Winder Location: Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey About the Role We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Electro-Mechanical Coil Winder to join our manufacturing team in Sunbury-on-Thames. You will be responsible for building, assembling, testing, inspecting and repairing electro-mechanical products and assemblies in accordance with technical drawings, manufacturing instructions and quality standards. This is a practical manufacturing role suited to someone with strong mechanical and electrical assembly skills, excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to working. Key Responsibilities * Build and assemble electro-mechanical components and assemblies from technical drawings and manufacturing instructions. * Carry out assembly work on fans, motors, heaters and other electro-mechanical products. * Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure they meet required quality and performance standards. * Diagnose faults and carry out repairs or upgrades to electro-mechanical assemblies. * Use a range of hand tools and precision measuring equipment, including torque drivers, micrometers and verniers. * Carry out mechanical operations including drilling, tapping, reaming, countersinking, filing, lapping, buffing and lubrication. * Connect cables and wiring in accordance with technical specifications. * Complete functional testing and inspections, identifying and resolving issues where required...
