ELT Recruitment Lead & Academic Programs Coordinator

St Andrew's College Language Schools Ltd is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to plan, coordinate and deliver recruitment for up to 300 ELT teachers and academic staff across the UK, Ireland, USA and Spain.

The role emphasises safeguarding, high standards in ELT recruitment, and collaboration with the Academic Team on curriculum development and academic administration. You will coordinate recruitment campaigns, manage pipelines and support campus staffing and onboarding.
