EMEA Commercial SaaS Counsel — Data & AI Platform

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a motivated Legal Counsel to support our EMEA commercial activities, reviewing and negotiating customer agreements, enabling revenue generation for our data, analytics and AI platform.

You will partner with sales, manage MSAs, NDAs, SOWs and orders, advise on risk, and help scale processes. In-house SaaS experience and comfort with AI tools are essential.
