This opportunity supports a global enterprise SaaS organisation focused on driving business growth through strategic regional marketing initiatives, customer engagement, and large-scale event experiences.
The EMEA marketing team works closely with sales and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns, executive events, conferences, sponsorships, and go-to-market programmes that accelerate customer acquisition and product adoption.
We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Events Marketing Manager to join the EMEA marketing function and deliver event experiences that educate, engage, and inspire audiences across the region.
This is a business-critical role responsible for developing and executing strategic event marketing programmes aligned to broader EMEA marketing objectives. The successful candidate will manage both first-party and third-party events, overseeing delivery from initial planning through to post-event reporting and optimisation.
The role requires strong event operations expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced technology environments.

About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Events Marketing Manager to join the EMEA marketing function and deliver event experiences that educate, engage, and inspire audiences across the region.
This is a business-critical role responsible for developing and executing strategic event marketing programmes aligned to broader EMEA marketing objectives. The successful candidate will manage both first-party and third-party events, overseeing delivery from initial planning through to post-event reporting and optimisation.
The role requires strong event operations expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced technology environments.
Responsibilities
Event & Project Management
- Develop and execute end-to-end event programmes across pre-event, live, and post-event phases
- Manage project timelines, workback schedules, logistics, and delivery milestones
- Oversee multiple concurrent events across EMEA markets and audience segments
- Ensure high-quality attendee experiences across all event touchpoints
Agency & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with agencies, production vendors, venues, and third-party event organisers
- Support sourcing, briefing, negotiation, and management of external partners
- Maintain alignment between internal stakeholders and external delivery teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Field Marketing, Sales, Communications, Creative, and GTM teams
- Align event activity with wider regional marketing and business objectives
- Support integrated campaign planning surrounding event activations
Event Operations & Administration
- Manage contracts, purchase orders, approvals, and budget tracking
- Maintain reporting documentation and stakeholder updates
- Ensure operational accuracy across event planning processes
Measurement & Reporting
- Measure event performance and ROI against business objectives
- Deliver post-event analysis and recommendations for future improvements
- Track attendee engagement and programme effectiveness
Event Innovation & Strategy
- Contribute ideas for new event concepts, formats, and audience experiences
- Support continuous improvement across event processes and delivery standards
- Maintain consistency and creativity across regional event programmes
